As a project manager, you will have the chance to work on technical projects in the operation of one of the world's most advanced hospitals. We are now looking for a project manager for property installations at Coor. In this role, you will work closely with daily operations and be responsible for ensuring that renovations and technical installations are carried out with high quality, structure, and safety.

You will be part of a prestigious and socially important mission: to ensure the technical operation at Nya Karolinska Solna. The role is suitable for those who are still early in their careers but ready to take responsibility, develop, and grow into a project management role in a complex property environment.

In this role, you will drive and coordinate projects related to property installations – from dismantling and renovation to completion and handover to operations. The projects vary in scope and require both structure, collaboration, and an understanding of technical connections.

The hospital environment presents specific requirements and challenges, allowing you to quickly gain valuable experience. You will have many points of contact and collaborate with operational staff, contractors, specialists, and clients. The role gives you the opportunity to move between different properties and forums where your technical understanding and coordination skills will be put to good use.

• Have post-secondary education in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• Have work experience from a coordinating role
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Understanding of operations and installations in properties
• Experience working in a hospital environment, Facility Management, or construction contracts.
• Previous experience in project management

You are structured, meticulous, and enjoy keeping track of details – while also seeing the bigger picture. You like solving problems, taking responsibility, and collaborating with many different people. You adapt your communication to the situation and the recipient, and you are curious to develop in your professional role.
